This role is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their FP&A expertise in a high growth SaaS company and develop into a future Head of FP&A at a company with £50M+ ARR.

You will play a key role in improving our planning processes, building reliable models that support decision making and strengthening the financial insight we provide across the business. This is a hands‑on role that supports the full planning cycle, partners closely with RevOps, contributes to budget management, assists with spend governance and compensation modelling, and helps prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders. As we scale, you will have significant scope to take on more responsibility and grow with the function.

What You'll Be Working On
  • Act as a trusted financial partner to the Senior Leadership team, assisting them with budget management, headcount planning, investment appraisals. Improve financial understanding of their areas with insightful analysis to identify value‑creating recommendations.
  • Support the preparation of monthly Senior Leadership Team meeting materials as required.
  • Prepare financial analysis for business initiatives, including pricing and expected returns on investment over time.
  • Manage the modelling of company wide bonus schemes and help improve clarity and efficiency in the process.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and RevOps to assist with the modelling and evaluation of sales commission plans.
  • Oversight of new vendor contracts by providing financial analysis and ensuring commitments are accurately reflected in forecasts.
  • Contribute to periodic vendor spend reviews and identify potential cost efficiencies.
  • Assist the CFO with financial data and analysis for investor requests.
  • Contribute to quarterly Board materials, including the preparation of financial schedules and key SaaS metrics.
  • Provide analytical support for ad hoc strategic projects, which may include M&A activity over time.
What You'll Bring To The Team
  • Strong experience in a high growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally in a scale‑up reporting directly into the CFO or senior finance leadership.
  • Solid RevOps or Sales Finance exposure with hands on experience integrating CRM and pipeline data into forecasts.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills across three statement models, scenario analysis and valuation work.
  • Experience supporting or modelling sales compensation and commission plans.
  • Hands on experience with FP&A tools or planning systems with the ability to streamline reporting and forecasting processes.
  • Experience in a Private Equity or Venture Capital backed business.
  • Accountancy qualification: a recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) is strongly preferred.
  • Corporate Finance / Investor Relations exposure: Demonstrable experience in preparing investor materials, responding to Due Diligence (DD) requests, and ideally, supporting M&A activity or fundraising.
  • Spend Control Experience: Demonstrated experience in procurement, vendor management, or acting as a budget gatekeeper.
