A high-growth SaaS company in Greater London is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead. This role involves establishing FP&A capabilities, working closely with the CFO, improving planning processes, and preparing financial analyses. Ideal candidates have strong financial modelling skills and experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. The base salary ranges from £90,000 to £100,000 annually, with benefits like flexible hybrid working and a matched pension contribution of up to 10%.
We are looking for our first dedicated Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to help establish and develop the financial planning and analysis capability at FundApps.
This is a rare chance to join a scaleup as the first FP&A hire and build your expertise in a fast moving SaaS environment. You will work closely with the CFO, gain visibility across the company, and gradually take on more responsibility as you help shape the function. This role is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their FP&A expertise in a high growth SaaS company and develop into a future Head of FP&A at a company with £50M+ ARR.
You will play a key role in improving our planning processes, building reliable models that support decision making and strengthening the financial insight we provide across the business. This is a hands‑on role that supports the full planning cycle, partners closely with RevOps, contributes to budget management, assists with spend governance and compensation modelling, and helps prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders. As we scale, you will have significant scope to take on more responsibility and grow with the function.
The base salary for the role is £90,000 – £100,000 per annum, dependent on experience and career level.
We require candidates to have permission to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
We work hybrid and ask that new FundAppers spend 3 days per week at our shiny London office during their first 6 months, to make the most of getting to know the business and other FundAppers.
After that, our policy is at least 2 days per week in the office to collaborate, connect, and make the most of our shared space.
