Job summary

A fast-growing global fitness brand is launching in the UK and seeks a founding Senior Financial Controller. This role will involve building the UK finance function from scratch, implementing systems for a £20m+ operation, and driving compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS. Qualifications

• 7–10 years PQE in growth, multi-entity or international environments.
• Experience in finance team building or scaling.
• Experience in fitness, wellness, consumer, or D2C sectors is a bonus.

• Build a scalable, best-in-class UK finance function from scratch.
• Implement systems, controls & reporting for a £20m+ operation.
• Drive UK GAAP/IFRS compliance, tax, audits & statutory filings.
