Shifts: Monday to Thursday, 6pm – 6am (4-night shift pattern)
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay: £12.41 per hour + £15 shift allowance per night
Annual Salary: £32,804.72

About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting a Forklift Driver to join a busy plastics manufacturing site. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed FLT driver looking for long-term stability in a permanent night shift role.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading deliveries, moving raw materials and finished products

Supporting production teams with material supply and stock movements

Carrying out daily safety checks on the forklift

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Following all health & safety and site procedures

What We’re Looking For:

A valid external counterbalance FLT licence (essential)

Previous factory or warehouse experience (plastics/manufacturing preferred)

Comfortable working permanent night shifts (6pm–6am, Mon–Thurs)

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
