Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver inspiring, practical Food Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 teaching experience is desirable)

  • Create a safe, organised, and stimulating learning environment that encourages experimentation and skill development

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support growth

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to develop innovative schemes of work and exciting projects

  • Promote health, safety, and food hygiene standards in all practical sessions

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Food Technology

  • Strong subject knowledge in Food Technology, Nutrition, and practical cookery
