A leading consultancy in food safety is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Specialist to manage scientific and technical projects. This role includes delivering consultancy services, conducting audits, and training. The purpose of your role will be to lead and deliver a range of scientific and technical projects including training, consultancy, and research in order to provide high-quality, cost-effective solutions for both internal and external clients. You will also play a key role in developing new business opportunities within targeted areas, supporting the organisation’s strategic goals and long‑term vision.
The Food Safety & Quality Specialist job (ref:8992) is paying £35,000 to £42,000 according to your experience.
The package includes 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, 10% employer pension contributions, holiday buy‑scheme and retailer discounts.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, standard office hours with travel when required. The site is in Gloucestershire and is commutable from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester, Evesham, Banbury, Oxford and surrounding areas.
