As our next Food & Beverage Manager you....

The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant and bar direct F&B team to ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience and manage the business to ensure it is profitable. F&B Manager is responsible for managing food and beverage costs upholding menu standards and controlling inventory.

Provide guidance and support to the Food and Beverage team helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.

Are responsible for ensuring the Food & Beverage outlet / s run efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food drink and service they receive.

Give attention to detail ensuring that that the work environment is a safe pleasant and well-maintained space.

Are involved in daily financial administrative tasks stock management and end of month reporting.

Work duty manager shifts as and when required
