What you'll be doing :

As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee all food, drink and retail operations onsite, ensuring every area runs smoothly and delivers the highest guest experience. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars, kiosks, retail and events
  • Leading, training and motivating the F&B team - including recruitment and rota management
  • Planning and delivering events and functions, including menu input and service coordination
  • Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies and maintaining strong cost control
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, health & safety and food hygiene
  • Managing administrative processes, staff records and online systems
  • Working closely with senior management to meet commercial targets and operational objectives

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
