• Previous experience as a documentation specialist.
• Experience within a Quality, Technical or R&D role in the Food Industry.
• Food labelling / Food legislation training is essential.

Responsibilities

• Log and file customer questionnaires from reception to completion.
• Maintain communication with customers and business partners.
• Complete customer questionnaires within agreed lead times.

Skills

Understanding of Quality requirements and standards in the food industry

IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
