Overview

Forklift drivers must have valid Counterbalance and Reach Licences.

Working hours

• Monday-Friday: 39 hours per week
• Fixed mornings (5am-1pm) OR fixed afternoons (1pm-9pm) depending on business needs

Pay rates

• GBP12.57 - Standard rate (% premium for the hours worked outside of the companys core hours 8:00-16:30)
• OT during weekdays: GBP18.86
• OT Saturday & Sunday: GBP25.14

Role

As a FLT driver you will be responsible for contributing towards operational best practices within a diverse team of people. Your duties will include:

• Carrying out tasks as per instructions from warehouse team leader and supervisor/ or as per process agreed with team leaders per day.
• Performing all FLT checks before using
• Operate trucks safely as per your training
• Picking and packing
• Loading & Unloading pallets and stock across the warehouse
• General warehouse duties
• Handling stock respectfully, with a high attention to detail
• Heavy Lifting Involved
