The ideal candidate will be experienced in laying vinyl flooring and latex screed, with a keen eye for detail and a professional approach. You will be responsible for completing high‑quality floor installations in kitchen and bathroom areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Install vinyl flooring (capped, coved, and welded) in kitchens, bathrooms, and other designated areas.
• Apply latex screed to ensure a smooth and even surface.
• Work in occupied properties, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and maintaining a clean, professional workspace at all times.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards for quality and safety.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Floor Layer / Floor Fitter.
• Expertise in laying vinyl flooring, including capped, coved, and welded vinyl, and applying latex screed.
