Job summary

A growing estate planning service provider seeks experienced Estate Planning Consultants in the UK. This role offers uncapped commission and the flexibility to manage your own workload. Responsibilities include attending appointments, discussing estate planning benefits, and self-generating business. Candidates should have proven experience in estate planning, excellent interpersonal skills, and practical IT literacy. A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Proven estate planning or will writing experience of IPW or SWW standard.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an empathetic nature.
• Ability to relay complex legal information understandably.
• Confidence in presenting and engaging the audience.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with enthusiasm.
• Practical IT literacy in a remote setting.
• Full UK driver's license and access to vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Attend appointments generated by the company.
• Self-generate at least 50% of new business.
• Discuss benefits of estate planning and legal services.
• Draft legal documents with support from Co-op Legal Services.
• Deliver talks to community groups on legal products.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate instructions.
• Capture customer instructions using in-house software.
