Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 days experience working in sole charge of a group of children in the last 10 years.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly build a good rapport with students and staff.
• A passion for working with children, in a calm and authoritative manner.
• Hold or willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work set in accordance with school policy.
• Manage pupils' behavior during lessons.
• Respond to pupils' questions on process and procedures.
• Deal with problems or emergencies based on school policies.
• Collect completed work and return it to the teacher.
• Report behavior and issues back to the school.
