The ideal candidate will have experience in Fleet or Business Development roles, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include achieving volume objectives, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer retention. Competitive OTE of £50,000 offered.

Job Location – Gatwick / Crawley Area
Salary – OTE £50,000
Driving the performance of the Fleet department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives
Controlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordingly
Responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the department
Customer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position
You must have previous experience working in a Fleet / LBDM / Business Development role
Have a passion for success and achieving your objectives
Be organised individual who can prioritise workload effectively
Have experience of effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the sales team to ensure that industry-leading performance standards are evident throughout the department
Be an excellent communicator at all levels who is assertive, professional and dynamic
Possess excellent customer service skills
