About the Department

The Fleet Admin team is a pivotal part of the business, delivering key services such as Business Post, Fines Management, vehicle relicensing, Cherished Plate management, MID updates, and Recall Notification Management.

About the Role

This position is based with KINTO-UK Ltd, a Mobility Brand under the Toyota Group, located in Portsmouth. The HR function is shared with Toyota Financial Services (TFS) in the UK, but this role does not report directly to TFS.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Ensure vehicle legal compliance – MID, TAX, insurance and annual renewals, while processing high‑volume driver fines in line with customer T&C’s.
  • Operate efficiently with accuracy, meeting KPIs and maintaining high standards.
  • Communicate challenges, collaborate with internal departments, and streamline processes to improve performance.
  • Support customer satisfaction by managing expectations through clear collaboration and empathy.
