Qualifications

• Completed the two-year Consolidation of learning period as a newly qualified paramedic.
• A further three years experience at band 6.
• Experience in audit or quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Daily triage of patients and prioritisation of clinical needs.
• Undertake urgent and routine home visits.
• Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans.

Skills

Good knowledge and communication

Experience of working in primary care or urgent care

Independent Prescriber or working towards this qualification

Additional clinical skills training

Education

HCPC registered Paramedic

Educated to degree/diploma level in Paramedicine

Completed or working towards masters level
