• Implement new application connections between clients on ION network.
• Analyze and certify new clients/services on ION network using FIX protocol.
• Liaise with clients and vendors regarding FIX-based projects.
• Provide third-line support to ION Support department.
• Participate in team shift patterns and assist with weekend work.
