Overview

Location: Bath.

A GBP 34,500 to A GBP 37,500 DOE (A GBP 17ph to A GBP 18.50ph) + Regular Overtime Opportunities (1.3x :1.5x) + Travel Bonuses + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Training and Development Opportunities.

39 Hours per Week: Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 16:30, Friday 07:30 to 12:30.

Responsibilities

• Join an industry leading manufacturer of precision instruments. Responsible for the assembly, calibration and service of high precision systems.
• Mechanical assembly of high precision systems used in industries including aerospace, data centres, etc.
• Electrical wiring and basic fault finding.
• Calibration of finished products.
• Regular overtime opportunities.
• Full product training provided.
• Support the team with site installations of equipment and yearly inspections (2:3 times a year for up to 1:2 weeks at a time).
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.

Candidate Requirements

• Fitter / low volume assembly experience.
• Any engineering background.
• Mechanically or electrically biased.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
