Qualifications

  • Access to/own transport is essential.

Lead engaging group fitness sessions (in-person and Zoom) tailored to various fitness levels. Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging group fitness sessions (in-person and Zoom) tailored to various fitness levels.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, educating clients on proper form, technique, and safety during exercises.
  • Create a welcoming, supportive environment for all members.
  • Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages client participation and retention.
  • Fulfil key-holding duties for the facility.
  • Maintain high standards ensuring a clean and safe workout environment.
  • Housekeeping tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Access to/own transport.
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology as it relates to exercise.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts (can be discussed).
  • Commitment to gym maintenance and cleaning duties.
  • Kettlebell training expertise.

Further Information

There will be an initial period of shadowing and observing session delivery and schedule management for the successful applicant.
