Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7, working 8am - 4pm initially with potential to change to rotational 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm in future
Location: Worksop - S80 3EG

We're now looking for a Co-Pack First Line Manager to lead a team of Co-Pack colleagues, drive operational performance across packing lines, and ensure strong collaboration with internal teams and customers

✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • To directly assist management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance within the Co-Pack department
  • To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, while always maintaining standards of excellence
  • Oversee HR management responsibilities, including 1:1s, performance reviews, absence management, and disciplinary processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and customers, ensuring effective stakeholder communication and collaboration
✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Proven experience in managing teams within a supply chain or warehouse environment is preferred
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with strict deadlines
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of JDA would be advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided on our Co-Pack planning system
  • Excellent communication skills with experience liaising across departments and with customers
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
