Overview

Venatu are pleased to present a Fire Sprinkler Site Supervisor opportunity with a client who specialises in the installation of domestic and residential fire systems, primarily in high rise buildings and care homes. The client is seeking a Fire Site Supervisor to join AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, with a clear path to progression to Project Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Manage installations on various projects within established processes and procedures, and work closely with the senior management team.
  • Develop good relations with clients, engineers and subcontractors at site level.
  • Manage the finances for your project(s) to ensure targets are met.
  • Carry out site surveys in line with procedure (pre-start, in-progress status and commissioning).
  • Monitor site programmes to ensure client expectations and targets are met at all times.
  • Attend weekly progress and project review meetings, and coordinate with the finance team at head office.
  • Produce QA documents.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Based in Greater London or within reasonable travel distance; the projects are primarily in and around the Greater London area.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a wider team, with the ability to supervise others.
  • Good communication skills in all areas.
  • Ability to use Excel and to learn an advanced database system.
  • Full Driving Licence.
  • Appropriate CSCS cards with relevant qualifications (e.g., RSA certificate).
