• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within fire protection, construction, or fire & security.
• Strong working knowledge of fire stopping, fire doors, compartmentation, and containment.
• Background in managing large-scale projects (£2–4 million).
• Experience managing engineers and maintaining performance trackers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Fire & Security contracts across the region.
• Lead, support, and coordinate teams of engineers.
