As Surveyor (Private Sector Housing Team), you will provide expert building surveying support and advice across all activities relating to private sector housing. You will undertake property inspections, diagnose defects, and prepare schedules of works, ensuring compliance with housing health and safety standards.
You will manage tendering processes, supervise contractors, and oversee works on site, including those carried out under enforcement powers. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high‑quality outcomes that improve housing conditions and protect residents.
