A leading consultancy in fire safety is seeking an Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. Qualifications

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and comfortable learning bespoke systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate consultancy projects, including fire safety assessments and client appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams for seamless service delivery.
  • Manage incoming enquiries, schedule work using internal systems, and issue documentation.
  • Support planning and delivery of training sessions with trainers and attendees.
  • Monitor shared inboxes, handle telephone queries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to organise site visits and ensure paperwork is in place.
  • Assist with invoicing, reporting, and administrative duties to support the Consultancy function.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction across processes.
