Fire & Security Role: Are you a Security & Fire Service / Maintenance Engineer?

Paying up to £45k

About the role
  • Service and maintenance of systems as installed and maintained by the company and in accordance with relevant codes of practice,
  • Call out & corrective maintenance on company installed systems,
  • Provide technical support for customers and colleagues,
  • Out of hours technical support and site attendance,
  • Identify and notify non-conformance issues related to installation and servicing of installed systems.
Responsibilities
  • Carry out works, servicing and repairs to fulfil the contracted works and expectations of the customer,
  • Carry out service maintenance and corrective actions on company installed systems in accordance with applicable standards and codes of practice,
  • Liaison with company and customer on site to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the companies’ policies & procedures,
  • Respond and report on customer satisfaction and complaints,
  • Maintain health and safety with regard to company works and equipment prior to and during works being carried out on site(s),
  • Completing and submitting service and system documentation to the office / customer,
  • Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are appropriate and fit for purpose,
  • Maintain company vehicle in accordance with company policies,
  • Provide out of hours customer and engineering support for technical support and faults, and attend site where required.
