• Circa NQ-4 years PQE (flexible depending on experience).
• Strong transactional experience in corporate, banking, or financial services.
• Experience advising regulated firms such as banks, insurers, or fintechs.

Responsibilities

• Advise on UK financial services regulation and FCA/PRA rules.
• Provide regulatory support on corporate transactions and financings.
• Liaise with regulators and draft relevant policies and procedures.
