Job Description

• Fast‑paced, unstructured & entrepreneurial environment

• Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Drive financial strategy and provide commercial insight to support the growth agenda
• Support and influence leadership on investment, scaling, and operational decisions
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Analyse financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial processes and controls.
• Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee transactional finance, payroll, bookkeeping
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
