The Role

As Group Finance Manager, you will lead financial planning and analysis, manage a high-performing team, and partner with senior leadership to drive commercial performance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Deliver insightful variance and trend analysis for senior leadership
• Build and enhance financial models to support decision-making
• Provide commercial insight to operational teams to improve profitability
• Manage, mentor, and develop finance team members
• Support financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration
• Utilise SQL and advanced Excel to analyse complex datasets and develop dashboards
