Job description

We are looking for a Financial Administrator for our clients based in the heart of London. You will be providing vital paraplanning and administration support to a team of wealth advisers. There is also the potential to progress into an Advisory role within the firm in the future, if that is something the candidate would want.

Responsibilities
  • Provide vital paraplanning support to the team of wealth advisers
  • Research products, financial planning solutions and investment strategies
  • Prepare recommendation reports for client meetings
  • Provide a high level of technical support
  • Assist advisers with client management
  • Provide advisers and clients with technical reports and information
  • Ensure high worth investment transactions are carried out accurately
Experience and qualifications
  • Previous administrative and paraplanning experience required
  • Must show some CII exam results or hold Level 4 qualified in Financial Planning certificate
  • Familiar with major research systems (e.g. Cashcalc, Salesforce, FE Analytics etc)
  • Experience of the Pension Switch market
  • Experience of administration of IHT or Investment products
  • Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
