Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACCA or fully qualified ACCA with ongoing study support.
• Sound understanding of management accounts and reconciliations.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, seasonal business with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and P&L reconciliations.
• Lead month-end processes and produce management reporting packs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to provide insights.

Skills

Strong experience within a fast-paced consumer goods business

Excellent Excel skills

Strong system literacy (Xero, Unleashed, ERP)

Attention to detail

Commercial awareness
