Job Title: Finance Manager Energy Management Specialist

We are working in partnership with a leading energy management specialist with headquarters in Salford and international operations. They support a wide portfolio of clients across housing, healthcare, retail, business parks, and industrial estates, offering tailored energy procurement, billing, and compliance services.

The Role

As Finance Manager, you will take full ownership of operational finance functions, leading a team of 8–12 across AP, AR, credit control, and billing. This role is ideal for someone looking to step away from a purely accounting-focused role and into a broader, business-focused leadership position.

You will work closely with the senior leadership team, providing strategic insight, financial planning, and operational oversight to support the next phase of growth.
