With heavy investment in ERP, CRM, and automation, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to combine traditional accounting with cutting–edge data analytics – helping shape the future of the business.

In this broad and exciting role, you'll work closely with senior leaders, taking ownership of the month–end process while turning data into actionable insight. No two days will be the same – one day you'll be producing management accounts, the next you'll be building PowerBI dashboards or helping streamline a process to boost profitability.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of month–end journals, reconciliations, and core finance processes
• Producing accurate management accounts and insightful reporting packs
• Building dashboards in PowerBI and ERP systems to highlight key trends
• Partnering with department managers to improve margins and data quality
• Leading process improvements and automation projects across finance
• Analysing 25+ years of historical data to uncover opportunities for growth
• Supporting ERP and technology transformation initiatives
