You will report directly to the Finance Director. The main purpose of this role is to manage all aspects of management accounting and financial control. You will support the business area in developing annual budgets and forecasts, assist with the reporting of financial performance, and ensure that financial controls are operating effectively. AS A FINANCE MANAGER, YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

• Financials & KPIs - Preparation, analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Cost Tracking - Monitoring spend, variances, and efficiencies
• Budget & Forecasting - Supporting planning, forecasts, and analysis
• Month-End Packs - Producing reports and commentary for stakeholders
• Reporting - Delivering routine and ad hoc financial reports
