A leading UK healthcare retailer is seeking a Finance Graduate for a permanent full-time position at their Nottingham Support Office. The role includes a store placement and rotations through finance teams, with support for professional accounting qualifications. Candidates should have a passion for finance and a minimum 2:1 degree. The position offers a salary of £32,000 and a variety of employee benefits.

Across Boots we have a large and diverse finance team who work alongside the business divisions, to make sure they all get the financial information they need to make strategic decisions to drive fantastic performance. They\'re fundamental to our business, providing insights and strategic financial advice to support our key decision-makers. Your finance scheme starts with a ~12 week store placement, to give you the opportunity to really understand our customers and business.
Following this you will spend 3 years rotating around the Boots finance teams. Throughout the programme you will be based in our support office in Nottingham, working within the Boots finance function. You\'ll undertake 3 x 1 year placements which could see you working within Financial Controls, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Partnering and Digital Operations. You will gain experience working in some of our business units, which include, Beauty, Healthcare, General Merchandise, Boots Republic of Ireland, Boots Opticians and Boots International. You will be supported throughout the scheme to achieve a professional accounting qualification, either ACCA or CIMA. Must be on track or have achieved a 2:1 degree.
