Qualifications

• Proven experience in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting systems such as Xero, Sage, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills, able to present complex financial and data insights clearly.
• Relationship‑building skills, working collaboratively across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
• Assist with year‑end audit preparation.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes.
• Support budget holders on management accounts review.
• Develop reporting solutions to monitor performance.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.
