The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting their sites to achieve financial sustainability and strategic growth.

The Role:

• As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide expert financial leadership to a group of sites within the company. You will work closely with the Managers and senior leaders to support strategic financial planning, monthly budget monitoring, and the development of medium-term financial plans.
• Leading the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
• Producing monthly budget monitoring reports and advising on financial performance.
• Supporting sites in developing curriculum-led medium-term financial plans.
• Ensuring compliance with the financial procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Providing financial modelling and scenario planning to support decision-making.

The ideal candidate

• Has experience in preparing Monthly Management Accounts.
• Can build strong relationships with leaders and provide strategic financial advice.
• Has excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.
• Is committed to the values and vision of the company.
• Holds a relevant finance qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Has a full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and is willing to travel across the sites
