Job description

Our dynamic client in Basingstoke is a pioneering global leader in their industry. We are currently seeking an interim Finance Business Partner to join their innovative team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. This is an ongoing temporary contract.

As interim Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation, serving as a dedicated liaison to the Sales Channel. Your responsibilities will include generating insightful business scorecards and reports, monitoring revenue performance, and collaborating closely with sales to assess channel effectiveness. You will also analyse the financial impact of new product innovations, partner with Marketing and Sales to evaluate new product launches and provide vital support during the budgeting and forecasting process.

What will the Finance Business Partner role involve?

• Producing comprehensive business scorecards and reports for key stakeholders.
• Monitoring revenue performance and identifying significant variances.
• Collaborating with sales teams to provide strategic insights into channel performance.
• Analysing the financial implications of new product innovations.
• Partnering with Marketing and Sales to evaluate the success of new product launches.
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes with meticulous financial analysis.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy:

• Part or fully qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA).
