About the Job

As the regional Finance Business Partner, you’ll be the face of finance across your area — building strong relationships with key teams and stakeholders, supporting business growth, and driving operational efficiency. This is a commercially focused role with plenty of variety, responsibility, and opportunity to make an impact.

Duties will include:

  • Acting as a key finance representative for the region, working closely with operational and leadership teams
  • Supporting proactive planning efforts to reduce risk, optimise stock levels, and maximise margins
  • Driving consistent, informed business decisions aligned with strategic goals
  • Reviewing business performance and identifying risks or variances against targets

  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes across the region
  • Overseeing a broad range of financial performance areas including revenue, fixed costs, debt levels, and quote approvals
About the Successful Applicant

You will be a qualified accountant or finalist with 3–5 years’ experience in a broad financial role, ideally with previous exposure to commercial finance and business partnering. You’ll bring strong stakeholder management skills, confidence in communicating at all levels, and a hands-on approach. Experience in a manufacturing or similarly commercial industry, along with SAP and advanced Excel skills, would be advantageous.

What You Will Receive in Return

You’ll join an organisation that values integrity, open communication, and professional development. The role offers a hybrid working model, the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders, and real scope for progression — whether into leadership or broader commercial responsibilities.
