We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in finance to join our team. The ideal consultant will possess a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field, along with essential certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA depending on experience level. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, experience with ERP systems, and proficiency in data visualization and SQL, ensuring you can effectively interpret financial data and translate business needs into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Interpreting financial data and generating insightful reports.
• Designing and automating Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Mapping current processes to identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Leading workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation processes.
• Ensuring clear communication between business and IT stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor\'s/Master\'s in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile certifications based on experience level).
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros.
• Experience in business process modeling using BPMN or Visio.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Business Process Modeling, Change Management, UI/UX Design Thinking.
• Familiarity with complex tax regimes and indirect tax processes.
• Awareness of commodity markets and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
