Job responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily field operations, including planting, cultivation, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting.
  • Ensure that fieldwork is carried out according to the established schedule and quality standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of fieldworkers, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure a well-organized and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor crop health, growth, and overall quality.
  • Implement pest and disease control measures as needed, following organic or sustainable farming practices.
  • Ensure proper usage and maintenance of farming equipment, including tractors, plows, and harvesters.
