A leading laboratory technology firm seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide on-site installation and customer support for diagnostic solutions in Southern UK. This role combines remote work with significant travel. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant field and experience in customer-facing technical support. You will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer support on our diagnostic solutions including genomic (NGS, scanners, sample preparation, automation...) and pathology solutions (immunochemistry, staining products, digital pathology...).
For this role, you will be working remotely combined with frequent travel to customer sites mainly in Southern UK, especially in the Hampshire (a company car will be provided).
On a personal level, you are proactive, outgoing and customer oriented. You enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team, to solve various types of problems. You have great communications and interpersonal skills to interact with many internal and external partners.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
