A recruitment agency is seeking a Field Service Engineer to work across the UK on food process and bakery equipment. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and commission food process and bakery equipment.
• Conduct mechanical builds and electrical troubleshooting.
• Travel occasionally to head office in Holland for training.

Overview

Field Service Engineer
UK (ideally located along the M6 Corridor)
£40K - £45K (OTE £58K - £62K) DOE
Permanent

Responsibilities

• Working across the UK on food process and bakery equipment - pie/pizza lines
• Mechanical build, install, servicing and commissioning
• Electrical breakdowns
• Willing to occasionally travel internationally - travelling out to head office in Holland to assist colleagues and attend training

Qualifications & Experience

• HNC/HND or City & Guilds within engineering
• Experience of working on machinery within the following industries: Paper, Pastry/bakery, Print, Food Manufacturing, Textile or Injection Molding
• Have a strong track record in field and service engineering
• Strong mechanical and (basic) electrical engineering skills
• Experience with Siemens PLC controls is an advantage

On Offer

• £40K - £45K (OTE £60K - £67K) DOE
• Overtime - Saturday (x1.5) Sunday (x2) and Bank Holiday (x2)
• Paid door to door
• Monday - Friday with occasional weekend work
