We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering the Swansea or Cardiff area.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Travel daily to customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts.
  • Diagnose and provide hands‑on troubleshooting, service and repairs to existing Stairlifts.
  • Meet all target and deadlines in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide high levels of customer service, ensuring satisfaction and implementing corrective actions with management support.
  • Carry out product updates and safety checks in a safe manner.
  • Communicate effectively with external customers and provide customer feedback.
