Overview

Field Sales Representative (AFH) – Location: Weymouth. Contract Type: Permanent. Salary: £29,033 per year with benefits. Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Field Sales Representative to join our inclusive and vibrant team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.
  • Interact with customers that typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes, promoting brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
What we are looking for
  • No experience? No problem. We provide full training and the tools and support to get you up to speed.
  • Works well with others, stays active, and thrives in a hands-on role.
  • UK driving licence or equivalent and eligibility to work in the UK. Living within a 60-minute commute from the role location is essential.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills; experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with digital technologies (e.g., iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and ability to manage multiple tasks.
