Join our Field Sales Representatives team at Virgin Media O2, where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and introducing them to our broadband, mobile, TV, and connectivity products. Sales experience isn’t essential—what matters is your drive, enthusiasm, resilience, and ability to connect with people.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working door-to-door, visiting potential customers at their homes and small businesses, introducing them to Virgin Media O2. This face-to-face sales role requires outgoing, proactive individuals who enjoy outdoor work, can handle rejection, and are driven to meet sales targets.

Training

In your first three weeks, attend training from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, including self-led learning and in-office sessions with your manager. (Part-time employees must also commit to this training period).

Working hours
  • Part-time: 16 to 30 hours per week
  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

  • Ability to work shifts typically between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm
