Field Sales Manager - Fully Remote

Benefits : £30,000 + Company Car + Laptop + Commission OTE £70K Uncapped

Responsibilities
  • We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager who has experience in car dealerships. The role is two-fold: provide great customer service to existing motor dealer accounts and actively canvass and acquire new business from target dealer accounts in the designated territory.
  • The successful Field Sales Manager will actively find new ways to win business from target accounts using a consultative sales process, present to clients, negotiate, and overcome objections to win business from target dealer accounts. Plan your own diary to maximise effectiveness in the role.
  • The Field Sales Manager should have previous experience managing a team and be able to demonstrate self-confidence and good relationship-building skills while also being comfortable cold-calling and thinking on your feet.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience in motor trade sales, with a track record of managing dealer relationships.
  • Ability to work in a remote) environment and manage field activities in your designated territory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (No Weekends).
Benefits and Conditions

In return for your efforts, you will be paid a generous basic salary plus commission and a company car is provided.
