Job summary

A global cruise line is seeking a Field Sales and Development Manager in Woking, UK. Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience managing a team of more than 3, preferably field based.
  • Minimum 6 years' proven experience in account management or sales within the travel industry.

  • Flexible to travel frequently within the UK and internationally.
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Regional Sales Managers to achieve objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive bookings and revenue.
  • Identify and secure new trade business opportunities.
  • Support internal departments to maintain partner relationships.
  • Conduct webinars and training to enhance product knowledge.
