Innovate Marketing is a high-performing sales and marketing agency partnered with one of the UK’s Big 6 Energy Suppliers. We’re expanding our field sales team across the South and are looking for motivated, driven individuals who want to build a career with outstanding earning potential.

What you’ll be doing
  • Engaging customers face-to-face through door-to-door field sales or events
  • Promoting energy products on behalf of a major UK supplier
  • Delivering tailored solutions to ensure customers get the best value
  • Building trust and long-term customer relationships
  • Hitting — and exceeding — sales targets while maintaining the highest ethical standards
What we’re looking for
  • Confident communicators with great people skills
  • Self‑motivated, energetic, and target‑driven individuals
  • Customer‑service mindset with a desire to help people make informed choices
  • Experience in sales or customer‑facing roles is welcomed — but not essential (Full training is provided!)

Full UK driving licence preferred (not essential)
