A leading agricultural machinery company is seeking a Field Sales Account Manager to expand sales across the South West of the UK. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales within the agriculture sector and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment. This role offers uncapped commission and the opportunity to manage a significant territory with numerous existing clients.
GBR Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with a highly respected & reputable Agricultural machinery business who sells & distributes an array of Agri Machinery, Tools, Spares & Auxiliaries. This market leading client is seeking an experienced Field Sales Account Manager to develop key areas across the South West of the UK, covering from Bristol, Bath & Somerset, down to North Devon, Mid Devon & East Devon, plus touching slightly into Dorset.
You will be tasked with expanding sales revenue streams (new & current accounts), sales margins, increased GP & an increased market presence across the territory. The client\'s South West UK territory is already strong, with approximately 600 live clients & about 250 lapsed accounts to re-engage, with a thorough handover from the current incumbent who is due to retire in the next couple of months, creating opportunities for success in this role.
This is a key role within our client\'s well established Agri business, selling & promoting thousands of different Agri / Groundcare products, negotiating directly with independent Farmers & Farming / Agri businesses, plus Groundcare companies. The client offers the added benefit of working from home, out in the field (literally) & managing your own sales / business development & account management diary.
If you are a Field Sales professional with experience selling directly into the Farming / Agricultural & Agronomy industry, this could be the ideal role for you. The role combines business development & current account management, nurturing existing partnerships & growing sales revenue streams in new & current accounts. Role Overview: The overall aim of this key Sales & Account Management role is to achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets, plus develop current & new business partnerships.
The client has a strong customer base in this territory, but they are keen to continue expanding their exposure within these counties, plus UK wide. UK wide they supply 10,000+ clients, so they are well positioned within the Agri, Agronomy & Groundcare world, with ongoing plans to expand their client base.

Ideally you will live in: Bath, Bristol, Bridgwater, Taunton, Yeovil, Chard, Tiverton, Barnstaple, Bideford, Minehead, Weston Super Mare, Avonmouth, Portishead, Frome & areas close to these.
