A leading service provider is seeking a Field Operations Manager in the East Midlands. The role entails managing compliance within the asylum accommodation portfolio while supporting maintenance operatives and housing officers. Field Operations Manager – Covering West Midlands (Permanent, Full Time)
£42,000 per annum + Company Car
We're recruiting for a Field Operations Manager to drive compliancy within the designated portfolio of our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC). You will provide clear management to Maintenance Operatives and Housing Officers in their provision of property maintenance services and service user support services. You will report to the Head of Field Operations for all property maintenance services and any service user support services within the respective region, provide leadership and strategic direction to the Housing Officers and Maintenance Operatives, and work with other Management Team members to deliver outstanding and effective service.
First and foremost, you will have proven people management skills and the ability to analyse data and produce accurate, timely reports. A background in managing multi‑skilled maintenance operatives, delivering against key performance indicators, working to tight deadlines and within set budgets would also be beneficial.
