A leading design software company is seeking a Field Enablement Manager to enhance its EMEA sales function. This full-time hybrid role will ensure successful training and enablement programs tailored to regional needs. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in sales enablement or leadership, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. The position is based in London and is integral to driving sales performance in the EMEA region.

We are looking for a driven Field Enablement Manager to support our rapidly growing sales function in EMEA. This role is responsible for shaping the EMEA enablement strategy and roadmap, partnering closely with regional sales leadership to identify role‑specific needs and deliver impactful programs. You’ll adapt global onboarding and training initiatives for the EMEA audience, create clear and effective content, and facilitate both in‑person and virtual learning experiences. You’ll help enhance productivity, ensure consistency across GTM teams, and support global communications and initiatives in the region.
This is a full‑time hybrid role that will be based out of our London hub.
